DATELINE MONDAY 25TH JULY 2022

Greetings from the dry, slightly overcast but nowhere near as scorching as last week streets of London W10 I hope you are well

I LOVED last Monday and Tuesday 40.2 degrees of sweltering heat in fact I was a bit chilly last Thursday and Friday I had to relocate the hoodie.

Happy, happy Monday I hope you are well and ready for the week ahead as we start the summer season of everyone going on holiday of empty streets, of plenty of parking and little or no traffic everywhere except in Dover and Folkestone. I am so very pleased that we now do not have to take holidays when everyone with kids HAS to take holiday time what a rigmarole and palaver (great words that no one uses these days) at Dover Port and the Channel Tunnel entrance, I am sure that it happens every year but this year with COVID on the decline, people wanting to get away on holiday and Brexit it has created what the press like to call a perfect storm.

Good luck to The Lionesses they play Sweden on Tuesday 26th July in the UEFA Women’s Euro 2022 semi final

News is a bit thin on the ground, well it is silly season .
