DATELINE MONDAY 10TH SEPTEMBER 2018

Happy Monday, regardless of the fact that if you look closely this Monday morning email message was sent Sunday afternoon, because from Sunday night at 7.00PM ( last night or tonight depending on when you are reading this) till Tuesday night till about 8:30 in the evening, it's the start of the high holidays for the Jewish Community. Monday and Tuesday, we celebrate the Jewish New Year, which means I won't be in the office, luckily I have a wonderful team of Sandra, Katharine and Jessica, who will be in the office, taking care of things in efficient style. If you are a member of The Tribe, may I take this opportunity to wish you, your family and friends a very happy healthy and sweet New Year, Shanna Tova umtuka.

I am back working on Wednesday, then Thursday, Friday and Saturday I will be working and sunning myself on the beautiful island of Malta, hosting a Business Development Trip with Mi Malta DMC. I'm really looking forward to seeing Erika, Helga and Douglas, it's been a while since I have been to Malta, it's always a great trip.

IMEX Las Vegas Last week I booked my hotel and flight with the help of the lovely Clem at C Florida Hospitality. Are you going to IMEX? Our first runner and rider to be declared for IMEX is The J Team, Japan James Kent will be there. I also understand from a conversation that I had with Pascal, managing Director of Nacara Destination Management France, he is going to be there too. I'm sure more runners and riders will be declared in the next few weeks.

Malta Lots going on with Mi Malta, the DMC that MM and Company represents in that amazing Mediterranean island. I'm hosting a Business Development Trip to Malta later this week, then Erika of Mi Malta will be over in the UK meeting clients in November.

Austria We are hosting a Business Development Event, posh word for FAM, in the middle of November to coincide with the opening of the end of year holiday markets. I refuse to use the full title of the end of year holiday because its only September, although I did have an end of year hamper catalogue through the post the other day. Way too early to start talking about it in September.
