DATELINE MONDAY 21ST JANUARY 2019

Good Monday morning I hope you are well and that you had a terrific, if a little chilly weekend.

Week two of the new year is over, week three has just begun and the world is returning to normal, I’m delighted to say the phones are ringing, emails are arriving thick and fast, apart from the fact that it’s icy cold, everything in the world looks good from my perspective.

Oh dear poor old Duke of Edinburgh and the people he crashed into or perhaps crashed into him. Where was his Chauffer? Or is Her Maj on an economy drive has she implemented Brexit style austerity measures at the Palace. One other question where was his Police Protection people? Had The Prince given them the slip so he could pop down to the bookies to put a million or two on the favourite running in the 3.30 at Kempton followed by a swift cheeky pint in the local in King Lynne. Bless him I bet he got a right telling off from the Missus.
