As from 28 Dec 2009, when entering Argentina, visitors from the following countries must pay a "Reciprocity Fee" which is NOT a Visa, in US Dollars or the equivalent in Argentine Pesos, credit cards or Traveller´s checks: Australia U$D 100; Canada U$D 70 (single entry); USA U$D 131. The Argentine Government set this entry fee on equal amounts as those Argentine citizens must pay when requesting a Visa to travel to those countries.
